Course Description:
Guide a person to help unlock images for traumatic events in order to process them.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the principles of how to help a person see the story from a third person perspective (Hidden Observer)
- Learn how to help a person relax to prepare for visualizing a traumatic event.
- Learn how to ground a person and bring them back to the here-and-now
