ITR Training Institute and Help for Trauma are splitting up.

We are excited to share an important milestone in the growth of our organizations.

Over the past several years, ITR Training Institute and Help For Trauma have worked closely together to advance a shared mission: making trauma recovery more accessible to those who need it most. As both organizations continue to grow, we have reached a point where each can best fulfill its mission as a separate entity.

Going forward, ITR Training Institute (ITRtraining.com) will remain focused on training, certification, research, workforce development, and expanding access to the Instinctual Trauma ResponseĀ® (ITR) model through clinicians, coaches, peer supporters, and frontline professionals.

At the same time, Help For Trauma (HelpForTrauma.com) will focus on developing innovative tools and technologies that increase access to trauma recovery resources for individuals around the world.

One exciting initiative is HelpForTrauma.ai, a human/AI-guided trauma recovery platform designed to help individuals learn and apply trauma recovery tools in a structured, accessible, and affordable way. As Help For Trauma pursues strategic partnerships, technology development, and potential investment opportunities, operating as a separate organization will allow it to grow and innovate independently while remaining aligned with the principles and practices of ITR.

This transition does not change our commitment to collaboration. ITR Training Institute and Help For Trauma will continue to work together to expand access to effective trauma recovery solutions, support research, and develop new pathways for helping trauma survivors.

We believe the future of trauma recovery will require both highly trained professionals and innovative technologies working together to reach the millions of people who currently lack access to care.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We are excited about what lies ahead and look forward to sharing more updates as both organizations continue to grow.
