Children Under the Age of 13

The ITR Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the ITR Sites. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the ITR Sites or on or through any of its features/register on the ITR Sites, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect several types of information from and about users of our ITR Sites, including information:

Information You Provide to Us.

The information we collect on or through the ITR Sites may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on the ITR Sites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the ITR Sites, subscribing to our service, or posting material. We may also ask you for information if you report a problem with the HFT Sites.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us. Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the ITR Sites, or transmitted to other users of the ITR Sites or third parties (collectively, “Submissions”).

Your Submissions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the ITR Sites with whom you may choose to share your Submissions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Submissions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.

As you navigate through and interact with the ITR Sites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to the ITR Sites, including traffic data and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the ITR Sites.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the ITR Sites may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by checking or unchecking the relevant box-es in your account profile or by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected] If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe at anytime at the bottom of the email.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into either the ITR Sites and visiting your account pro-file page.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal re-quirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your Submissions from either the Website or the App, copies of your Submissions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the HFT Sites. Proper access and use of information provided on the ITR Sites, including Submissions, is governed by our terms of use www.ITRtraining/Terms

Your California Privacy Rights California Civil

Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the ITR Sites that are California residents to request certain in-formation regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthor-ized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions are handled by PayPal, Stripe or another third party payment processing entity and such transac-tions will be governed by the privacy policies of that entity.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the HFT Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the ITR Sites like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the ITR Sites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to pro-tect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the ITR Sites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy set-tings or security measures contained on the ITR Sites.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page and on the App. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the contact information specified in your account or through a notice on the Website home page or the App. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
